Neil is the Executive Chairman of the Financial Risks & Professional Risks Division.

Neil has over 29 years experience as a Professional Indemnity Specialist and is one of the founding Partners of Lockton International.

Neil has structured and placed some of the largest Professional Liability firm programmes in the world, and as CEO of Marsh Fin Pro for five years, Neil knew life at a large corporate and knew what he wanted to change when he moved to Lockton. Where he used to spend days looking at the P&L and building strategy, he now spends 80% of his time with his clients.
