Prior to moving into consultancy in 2011, Chris Rofe led the large corporate team at AXA with responsibility for corporate medical cover, occupational health, employee wellbeing and affiliated services.

During his career Chris has designed new healthcare products, developed service integration strategies and driven innovation in healthcare funding, flexible benefits and service delivery.

Chris has been working with major healthcare and risk clients for over 20 years.
